chilly temperatures and a little patchy fog this morning. also, as we come home from school today, it's going to be another nice day on tap with the temperature coming in around 81 degrees. so after school, maybe you want to reward the kid a little bit. reward yourself and head out to the game because we do have the first pitch at 7:05. it's going to be nice out there. temperatures right around 76 but the wind out of the south at 5 miles an hour. and once again we are playing the tampa bay race and we will have another win. let's go over to lauren cook and what do you think about the win? >> reporter: it's awesome. i am so happy for the orioles and hope they can keep it up. i think they are going to. as you mentioned, we are dealing with a lot of fog in carroll county and frederick county this morning. here's a live look at interstate 70. just east of route 144 and you will notice reduced visibility. so it's extremely important to reduce your speeds. and be extra careful traveling in the areas. here's a live look at 95 heading into the city at 395 everything up to speed. nothing to get in your way if

traffic with lauren cook. good morning we have patchy fog. >> reporter: yes. you want to be extra careful traveling in carroll county or frederick county this morning. here's a live look at interstate 70 east of 144. and you will notice the reduced visibility. so it is extremely important to reduce speeds and please be extra careful. using 695 here's a live look at the top side in towson. nothing to get in your way here in dulaney valley road. it will be a nice easy ride making the drive up to 83. looking at some drive times, you will notice the west side of the beltway nice and clear. just 11 minutes to travel that outer loop from 795 all the way down to 95. and 95 going to be in great shape traveling through the fort mchenry tunnel from the beltway to the toll plaza. it's going to take you 8 minutesso no delays there. megan over to you. two minutes after 5. first a shooting at perry hall high school the first day of school and then a middle schooler who brought a loaded gun into a classroom. this happened yesterday in essex. and this morning linda so is

robert gladden junior has a bail review hearing and police say he brought a weapon fired shots in the cafeteria. 17-year-old daniel borowy is back home recovering after being shot. police are searching for the grandson of a couple shot. they lived with their grandson who lived with them. police want to talk to him but they stopped short of calling him a person of interest in this case. police believe they died on saturday. they are not being specific about how the couple was killed only saying that it was not a random attack. today the maryland live casino will have even more to offer. the phase 2 grand opening is taking place later this morning. the final 1,000 slots are now in place as well as new retail stores for visitors there. the completion of the gaming floor makes maryland live cassini wrote third -- casino

morning. but dr. smith joins me live who is the librarian here at the school. and just a few minutes ago we had took a tour and went inside and we will see video here. this is an amazing new library for the students. tell me some of the things that you can do now that you couldn't do before? >> the students will have an opportunity to be 2 is isst century students in a 21st century library. literature and reading is important. but we have to do it in the way that students learn now. so we have technology there. we have opportunities. the wineberg foundation gave us 4,000 new books. so the students will have more books that they can purr use and look at and they will be able to work into actively. we have a interactive table with computers they will be able to use so they can do research. and work on projects collectively. we also have mac computers they will be able to use to do more exciting things with. so that students are not going to just come in the library and
